[Draft]Repeal Equal Justice Under Law

Reminded that many World Assembly nations are dictatorships,
Saddened at having strengthened these dictatorship's power and legitimacy by forcing the principle of the supremacy of the law upon all member nations,
Shocked that these dictatorships can simply cement power by making special laws that can only be superseded by WA legislation, for example a law that states that the nation's government should be a dictatorship forever, a law that bans any pardons,
Horrified of the possibility of General Assembly Resolution # 572 being misused to prevent pardons for treason after a tyrannical dicator has been overthrown, or in other morally legitimate cases,
Convinced that the principle of the supremacy of the law is a horrible idea,
the World Assembly repeals General Assembly Resolution # 572, Equal Justice Under Law
