Advice for WA proposals

Hello! I'm the WA Delegate of The Region of Warsaw. I had submitted a proposal before, but the GenSec has deemed it illegal. Can anyone send me advice for submitting WA proposals? Thank you.

One of the best things that you can do is create a draft for your proposal here on the GA forum. This gives members an opportunity to go over what you have, provide suggestions for revision, or even point out what problems may exist such illegalities like duplication, branding, or simply catering only to national sovereignty. If you have a good idea, members may suggest what you can do to improve, but in that same vein if it's a bad idea they will be more than happy to share why it might not be such a good idea as a proposal. This is just a small example, I am sure that others could provide more, but drafting here is a definite strong start.

Support for Victims of Catastrophes and Crises

Understanding that there is a need to support victims who suffered from natural and artificial catastrophes and humanitarian crises, such as earthquakes, volcano eruptions, large hurricanes, explosions, epidemics,...

Hoping that WA member nations will contribute to support those suffered from catastrophes and crises listed above,

This resolutions enacts as follows:

1. Hereby establishes the World Assembly Support for Victims of Catastrophes (WASVC) to unite all previous separate programs and act as a legal, international and official entity of the World Assembly to help the governments administering affected places to support those affected by the natural and artificial catastrophic accidents and humanitarian crises.

2. Encourages WA member nations to contribute money or things like face masks, first aid kits, food,... to send to the victims, and send doctors to affected places to help the governments administering those places to care for injured victims if there are any.

3. The WASVC shall help control situations after crises and catastrophes and prevent them from happening if it can be prevented.
