"It is a repeal, there is not category or strength." He turns to the King Islean delegation and addresses them. "Putting aside several spelling and grammatical errors riddled throughout the proposal, this appears to be based almost entirely in national sovereignty. This is not an argument. The death penalty is inherently immoral, and the resolution at play ensures that the World Assembly treats it as such. There have been no inherent errors pointed out in the resolution, so we must oppose this repeal attempt. Welcome to the World Assembly!"

Ok this is great and all but people literally openly said that if DPB passed they would conscript their criminals to convict them under a military penal code to execute them. (at least that's what I heard)

I think something like this needs to be passed, but this is nowhere near ready to be proposed. I don't think either you nor me are experienced (I don't even have the ability) enough to draft something like this yet, so I'll try to make a post to at least raise some discussion about it, if not get someone more experienced to draft it.
EDIT: Hmmm... on second thought, maybe I'd best not be doing that for one of my first posts, if someone else would like to do that, go ahead. In fact, there might already be a discussion about it somewhere.
