Understanding that the intended purpose of "Citizenship and Birth Act" is to further ensure that individuals do not become stateless,

Noting that the resolution fails to understand that historical and political policies of WA members provide for alternative citizenship models,

Regretting that the resolution allows only for a default of jus sanguinis citizenship, despite the legal ramifications of possible conflicts of nationality status among multiple states,

Concerned that the resolution does not provide protections for those children whose parents are themselves stateless,

Further Concerned that the resolution does not fully address possible circumstances that may lead to statelessness,

Noting that this flawed legislation evokes a more effective resolution to be chartered,

Seeking the opportunity to introduce a more effective version of this resolution to the World Assembly,

The World Assembly hereby repeals "Citizenship and Birth Act".

Post to the forums and draft before submitting. Please withdraw what you've submitted so you can draft a better product. I'll take a look at whether this has any potential or not later.

Is it not okay to use the same form structure as previous resolutions?

Merely using the same verbs in a vaguely similar order is not (or should not be) plagiarism.

The penultimate clause is copied per verbatim, and the sixth clause is very similar to GA #11.

To my knowledge, the final three clauses are very common language in several repeals.

Copy-pasting a single clause is still plagiarism, unless done with the consent of the copied author.
I want to improve.
