“South Welford proposes changing the second clause definition from ‘can cause’ to ‘causes’ prior to ‘death’ and to add “but not limited to” after ‘including’.”

What are we gonna use as protection from radiation? Do I have to demolish all my lead lined bunkers? Toxic heavy metals have lots of uses. Am I not allowed to use Chromium for making stuff nice and shiny? What about rat poison? Traps don't always work.

The only resolution you would be violating is #122, actually.

Ehhhh I think you need to read the proposal again. ‘Specially the REQUIRES and MANDATES clauses. If the only materials that can block radiation are toxic metals then it ain’t technologically feasible to use something else. Right? Right! Also there are lots of pest poisons that don’t use heavy metals. If your science type peoples do the research required in the REQUIRES clause I’m sure they’ll come up with a long list of them. As far as chromium ehhhhhhh we’ll address the chromium issue in the next draft.

After some discussion it looks like we’re gonna split this into two proposals — one on toxic heavy metals focusing on environmental impacts and one on toxic materials (not just metals) focusing on childhood exposure, including the banning of using toxic materials in children’s toys, clothing, furniture, dishware, etc. New drafts coming this weekend.

About 80% of this is toxic heavy metals so we’ll make a new thread for the other one. Updates coming tomorrow.
