North Supreria has a number of questions after reading the proposal. Firstly, to increase funding for welfare. Welfare is an umbrella term and can be about anything. How and what does it mean and what should member nations spend more money on?

Secondly, clause 2. If it is up to the proposal, education should be free, but why was it decided to do this for only seven years? After seven years, schools no longer receive money from the government?

Thirdly, North Supreria wonders if there is any contact with the author of the proposal. We think it would be wise to remove the proposal from the WA for now and think about it carefully first.

There are a number of important questions to ask. What exactly is the goal that the author wants to achieve? How can this goal be achieved? What are the improvements that can be made to education besides the already implemented proposal "GA # 80 A Promotion of Basic Education".

This isn't approaching quorum, we don't need a thread for it. Especially if it gets marked illegal, I'm not sure if that's an operative clause.

What rule does it break?

I said may not have a valid operative clause, or proposal basics. I don't know the rules all that well, this seems to be right at the line if not over.

It is. I wasn't sure if that violated proposal basics or something, which it doesn't apparently. But yeah again don't really need a thread for this.
