Corporal Punishment gets rid of the scum of humanity
War criminals, pedophiles, terrorists, rapists, child molesters, sex traffickers, serial killers, and genocidal dictators all deserve one thing and one thing only, a bullet to the brain. Cheap, effective, and easy. Sure if doesn't put them through the pain they should go through, but at least it's a sure-fire way and a cheap method of executing those who truly deserve it. People who don't like Corporal Punishment have good reasons, but the fact remains that some people deserve to die.

That would be capital punishment, which is already banned.

What a short sighted way to look at law, morality and humanity as a whole. Not that I would expect anything more from a nation called "Liberty and Unity". Investigating the socio-economic and psychological factors which have led to people committing such crimes not only would advance scientific and social progress, but would allow us to neutralize many systems which breed such forms of crime. Besides, what you're advocating for is capital punishment, not corporal punishment, as many of my peers have pointed out.
