The World Assembly
Realizing that there are citizens of many nations that use pets, livestock, and wild animals as targets for their unholy, inhumane, and indecent actions,
Noticing that a lot of nations do not have restrictions on these acts in fear of restrictions on personal freedoms, in which the effect means that these inhumane and unjust acts of abusing animals proceeds,
Hereby announces the following requirements:

- Caregivers must provide an adequate amount of food and water that will keep their pet healthy
- Caregivers must provide the necessary health care for their pets when they are in need of it
- Families that can not afford to meet this standard, such as those living below the poverty line, are exempt from this requirement
- Caregivers can not purposely abandon pets in a way which will harm the life of the pet (i.e. tossing it out a window, stranding it in an alley)
- All nations must require that citizens that proclaim themselves the owner and maintainer of livestock must exceed the following requirement for living conditions:
- Caregivers must provide an adequate amount of food and water that will keep their livestock healthy

- Again, families that can not afford to meet this standard, such as those living below the poverty line, are exempt from this requirement
- Caregivers can not do away with livestock in inhumane ways
- Inhumane ways being purposeful starvation, abandonment to remote areas, live burial,
Along with these requirements, The World Assembly also proclaims the following illegal:
