It is estimated that 95.5% of weapons used in criminal acts are concealed somewhere on a perpetrators body right before being used on the intended victim.

1. Clothing is to be removed at all times while in a large gathering to ensure the safety of everyone

2. Clothing is to be removed right before entering a building or complex

3. Clothing is to be removed while outside if the weather/temperature is deemed acceptable to do so.

4. Anyone refusing to go naked will be invasively frisk searched as an alternative to being naked

It is always fun to see what the biologicals are up to, and this look into WA proposals has not disappointed. I will remind you that we Decepticons, being robots, do not wear clothes. You are also informed that we do indeed like this fact, and that this is, in part, because it makes our two massive permanently-attached energy blasters (typically one on each arm) even more obvious than they otherwise would be, thereby making it clear that we are not to be messed with.

Due to the above, we seriously doubt that making biologicals get rid of their ridiculous custom of covering up their heat exchange system, also known as their skin, will do anything to reduce the carrying or use of weapons. In fact, we have an advantage due to the fact that we don't have to fish a firearm out from a bunch of unnecessary fabric before we start to fight. Biologicals would soon find this to be the case for them as well, and would likely develop weapon brackets for their arms similar in function to our own in order to make open carry easier for them, minus the permanence that our mounting systems have.

That said, we are not members of the WA, so we do not get a vote on this proposal. If we were, we would vote in favor just for the lulz of making clothes-addicted biologicals walk around without any. We do suspect that it would be a short-lived change, because even though WA members are infamous for voting "yes" on every proposal, they are just as infamous for quickly repealing a large number of those laws.

In cold climates the danger of pneumonia will skyrocket increasing the death toll well above the gun violence we can expect otherwise. Especially in a society with subsidized Healthcare this also becomes a huge cost. We can revisit the issue when a warm yet entirely transparent material is created and in the meantime can consider the need for a concealed carry permit for clothes with pockets deeper than 1.5cm.
