[ROUGH DRAFT] Encouraging the Use of Nuclear Energy

Postby Edrace » Wed Mar 03, 2021 7:48 pm

The threat of global warming still occurs and the world as a whole will suffer horrible consequences if we do not take action

Recognizing that there is much to be done to protect our earth and preserve a clean environment and how there has been an alternative intron of our faces, named nuclear nuclear energy.

Understanding that nuclear energy has been an excellent alternative and has been able to provide a more clean source of energy

Realizing that the threat of a nuclear meltdown has become increasingly less common

This legislature enacts the following:

All nations that have entered into the World Assembly agree to set aside a part in their treasury to the advancement of nuclear energy as a clean source.

The ability to have a clean planet for al generations is a right, and these nations must work with one another to ensure that this continues to stay that way for hundreds of years

This proposal seems a bit redundant with GAR#357.

Additionally, many countries may not have the adequate resources to donate a significant part of their GDP to nuclear energy. And many other nations would prefer that other nations not have access to large amounts of fissile material.

...and we will suffer horrible consequences if we do not take action...
an alternative intron of our faces

Try to avoid first-person pronouns when at all possible. This must be written from the perspective of the WA, so the nations themselves shouldn't be referred to as "we".

Realizing that the threat of a nuclear explosion has become increasingly less common

I think that you're thinking of a nuclear meltdown, not a nuclear explosion.

All nations that have entered into the World Assembly agree to set aside a part of their GDP to the advancement of nuclear energy

How much is "a part"? And how exactly would a nation have direct access to its GDP? Gross Domestic Product is not the actual content of a physical treasury, but a more abstract measurement of the total product of a nation's economy. Most governments probably don't have the ability to simply tap into the GDP like it's a physical resource (And many more would be resistant to doing so).
