UPDATE: This was an issue that came to matter. The issue IMMEDIATELY became a REAL issue and all sorts of cars and trucks were literally parking in the center lane. The issue has since been fully resolved.

In what world is this legal in a single country?

Parking in the middle of the highway is a sacred tradition to my people! Dodging cars while walking across the highway is also a healthy replacement for caffeine. Strongly opposed.

OOC: And if it does, it most probably illegal but simply lacks proper enforcement which wouldn't change by making it internationally illegal.
