A draft is a early form of a, in this case, proposal, and is usually revised several times. The revised part is something needed heavily

OOC: Is someone not agreeing to you ideology "scary?" If so, this is not the game for you.Okay, calm down buddy, let's sit down and talk. First off, no state has the right to mass murder, and there are resolutions that already cover that, second, capital punishment DOES NOT EQUAL mass murder.
As I said, capital punishment IS USED WRONGLY by many nations. And if there are resolutions to cover this, then why is this proposal here?r/facepalm
I just oppose the act, I never said I am insulted. You can do it for all I care.Do you even understand what capital punishment is? Because I can assure you, most, and yes, some nations decide to do no-no things but MOST OF US DON'T, and we use capital punishment as the top punishment, and it is reserved for particularly heinous crimes -cough- Murder, rape, etc. -cough-.
Capital punishment, also known as the death penalty, is a state-sanctioned practice of killing someone as a punishment for a crime. The sentence ordering that someone is punished with the death penalty is called a death sentence, and the act of carrying out such a sentence is known as an execution. A prisoner awaiting his or her execution is condemned and is "on death row". Crimes that are punishable by death are known as capital crimes, capital offences or capital felonies, and vary depending on the jurisdiction, but commonly include serious offences against individuals such as murder, mass murder, aggravated cases of rape, child rape, child sexual abuse, terrorism, war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide and offences against the state including attempting to overthrow government, treason, espionage, sedition, piracy, aircraft hijacking, drug trafficking, drug dealing and drug possession and in some cases acts of recidivism, aggravated robbery, and kidnapping.
But, just because most of us don't, we let nations who do go do what they want willy-nilly? And if you use capital punishment for only those things, good job, I congratulate you. But you aren't the only nation out there.Excuse me, but who's arguments are pitiful again?
From the info above, yours.

I don't want to keep arguing... Let's get this over with.
First, clearly, you know the DEFINITION of capital punishment, what you don't know, as I implied, was that of how it was used, especially with the many nations on NS that have it as a policy. No two nations are completely the same. Of course, I should ave worded that differently, that is an issue on my part, and my apologies.
Second, the only reason I was afraid of your OP was because of how you worded that introduction. No offense, but it sounded really like I was going to pulled down into a rabbit hole, which, as you can see, I did. Jolly good for me.
Third, your still a bit wet behind the ears, why don't you stop arguing like we are wrong with what we are saying.
And before anyone else decides to reply about that third part, trust me, I've learned.
My apologies for inconveniencing your time that could be well spent elsewhere.Neymarland wrote:

I would of ended this lively debate too, if you didn't mention it out to your entire region. But yes, I also apologize for not settling and letting you take the best of me. It's a debate. You don't let the other person win. Debate is like sport. But, a draw is never as common, eh? Well, this rabbit hole you have been "shoved" in, mostly was you poking in a debate. I'd say you got curious. And, also, my time is spent on the debate floor. You never get a rest, do you? And, you are not wrong with what you are saying, it's just your way of thinking, and I have mine. And just that no two nations are the same, that doesn't mean they have all different attributes.
I hope we will find the time to participate in the sport of debate again.

No thanks, I actually would like to spend my time doing other things. Incessantly arguing is not one.

Oh, mass murdering psychopaths, traitors with any remaining support (considering we're a democracy, constitutional elective monarchy really, the only reason they'd try is to override the will of the people), necromancers, intelligent demons... That kind of thing. Something tells me most of the nations voting to take the option to just execute them and end the threat permanently off the table altogether have never had to deal with the type. If you know certain video game franchises, people like Ganondorf or Demise. We're not exactly supporting execution for cucumber thieves here.
