HENCEFORTH,
1. The World Assembly realizes the possible negative effects of using suffocation as a method of killing fish, along with the ethical issues that come along with it.
2. The World Assembly realizes the potential of fish being able to feel pain or a similar negative stimulation.
3. The resolution mandates the use spiking and percussive stunning (in non-commercial fishing of small fish, see above).
4. The World Assembly abolishes the use of suffocation as a method of killing in member nations (in non-commercial fishing of small fish, see above).
