Against.

Against. Do not harm little children is a pretty good principle. Minors, children... they mean our younglings. Genetic engineering fails without a child's sexual growth. Vat grown children were replicated to be fruitful but planned. We adhere to the previous proposal. This is an attack on that agreement that can result in lifeless clones. We stand with the previous agreement's pillars with ethical replication. The boundary between replicants and synthetics are thin. Intrinsic re-replication separates humanity from its essence. Genetic engineering in Demonos used cloning so the clones carry the ability to replicate. The ban was a hurdle for us and is for all other genetic engineering societies that results in fertile clones.
