The World Assembly,
Accepting that the purpose of "Individual Working Freedoms" is to guarantee the freedom from excessive government regulation,
Recognizing that the resolution fails to take into account that the WA is made up of radically different cultures in its description of "undue government interference",
Also noticing that the resolution does not take into account that many states have long-established state-run enterprise,
Realizing that the resolution fails to allow individual WA states to set their own work times in accordance with their cultures and traditions,
Regretting that the resolution does not clearly define what could be considered "in the public interest", or what could serve as "working time regulations that serve only to reduce individual liberty",
Noting that this flawed resolution prevents any further legislation on this topic from being passed,
Seeking the opportunity to more effectively combat excessive burdens on individual liberties,
The World Assembly hereby repeals "Individual Working Freedoms".
