Plagiarism is against GA rules - have a look at the Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities (at least), check which bits in your resolution look like that, and completely reword them. I'll start you off by saying that Article 1a of your resolution bears suspicious similarities with Article 4b of the CRPD.

As I understand though, 1a doesn't refer to previous WA resolutions but rather to previously existing legislation of member states that would contradict this resolution. Maybe make that more clear?

I mean, it’s requiring member nations to, not the WA, and member nations can’t do either, but yes clarification would be good

Provide Ensure, in law and in practice, that no qualified applicant for any job is to be subjected to different terms and conditions, privileges, incentives, or allowances in their employment occupation due to their disability status being disabled;

Are these changes any better? I’ll be looking into the second one again though. I personally thought it was read-able, so I mainly just made it simpler.
