[Rough Draft] Regulation on Private Education

This is not even a rough draft. It looks more like a proposal list on a political blog. Hell, I have seen better lists on Reddit and Twitter.

Any and all financial gains through Universities is prohibited

No. This would prevent University staff from being paid.

Unless the University becomes property of the Government and/or State, in which case they get paid by such.

Then again this resolution is about Regulating Private Education not banning it.
