OOC: I'm kind of curious how the Access to Abortion resolution applies to non-human sapients, then. IRL, from species to species, periods of gestation can vary greatly. In the event that someone's hamster goes to found a massive empire and civilization here in Nationstates, they'd be unable to make a several months trip for a 16-23 day pregnancy. Is that really openly accessible for them?
Gosh that sounds so weird to say.
Edit: After thinking about it, they'd probably have a greater gestation period if they could get so far to form a coherent nation, but theoretically - it could still have some relevance.
