OOC: Araraukar is in IC controlled by massive amounts of bureaucracy, so I have always RP'd them as having nooo trouble with the Building Management of WAHQ. Oh and bureaucratic assistants are a real thing in their IC nation, but their help can be requested verbally by citizens - which the other WA ambassadors obviously are not.
