THEREFORE repeals Resolution #286.

The first line (assuming by the context you mean the context of #286 itself) is invalid as #286 does not state anywhere the use of "child" and "baby", it does however use "offspring" and "live young" and other such synonyms,

Second and Fourth line are pretty vague,
