General Assembly,

Noticing that defense forces have come to an all-time low in recent years due to the over prioritization of environmental affairs and civil rights tendencies of miscellaneous varieties within assorted nations and regions especially distressing the subsidiary of air forces within a national military more neglected than land and sea. Especially since comprehending that tanks are more established than any other war apparatus, way more than the funding for aviation within the military;

Realizing that something has to be fulfilled to assist military funding of the air forces via the government;

Predicting that in the future, the military will not have sufficient military allowance to withstand foreign aggression that may come from issues such as ’international incidents’ where for some nations that may want to solve the issue via military procedures as well as an increase of complication within the nation to use the military for an emergency, law, and order in terms of a nation’s crime rate;

Calling for government military funding of air forces to boost protection against foreign aggression, an increase of foreign aid and to sustain or conceivably even enrich a nation’s response to emergencies within a nation;

Encouraging nations to embrace the arts of the military air force within the nation via funding by adjusting the national budget towards the military air force as well.

1) The title of the resolution must be something descriptive. I.e. Not “General Assembly Proposal”.
2) What do you mean by “over-prioritisation of environmental affairs and civil rights tendencies”? Does that help the resolution?
3) Correct me if this is wrong, someone, but “predicting” really shouldn’t be used in resolutions or law in general, because they aren’t facts.
4) Also, it is none of the WA’s business to encourage air force funding. That would be micromanaging, iirc. In fact, some nations may not even have a military! I encourage you to either withdraw this or significantly change it.

OOC: Ending all starting verbs with -ing makes them passive ones, which makes this read more like a preamble, but even if the last two were considered active clauses, what of nations that encounter no foreign aggression? Also, mentioning foreign aid is a weird sidestep into something random, and emergency responses already have a resolution or two. The latter clause is even weirder, with references to art - are you thinking of a musical band consisting of soldiers or what?

Given the vague clauses and only Mild strength language ("call" and "encourage"), this would be illegal for a strength violation, as it's in no way Significant, and given only one of four points is actually aimed at something to properly do with military (and even then just a vague "give more money"), it might even be category violation, though that's at least debatable. The strength isn't.

What's with the hard-on for air forces in general?

Apologies for absences, non-COVID health issues leave me with very little energy at times.
