All existing resolutions (ones that haven't been repealed) are deemed to be legal simply because they passed. Using "it violates the rules" as a repeal argument would make the repeal itself illegal.

No. GenSec treats past rulings as precedent, generally, but where an "illegality" in a resolution managed to slip through to 'passed' status before a ruling could be made against it that's still an illegality that isn't considered to be a valid precedent.

No. GenSec treats past rulings as precedent, generally, but where an "illegality" in a resolution managed to slip through to 'passed' status before a ruling could be made against it that's still an illegality that isn't considered to be a valid precedent.

If you're talking about contradiction specifically, then there is a fine line. You can't say the target resolution is illegal therefore it needs to be repealed, because once it's passed it's legal; you can, however, say the target resolution contradicts GAR#X, therefore compliance is impossible, therefore it needs to be repealed. That's the only such ruling I recall, though I can't recall if it was a GenSec or mod ruling.

I'm not very familiar with the General Assembly, but I'm pretty sure it'd be illegal. Like Kenmoria said, only mods can do that.

Even less likely to happen, you are suggesting literally banning someone from the game, only the mods can do that and only for a justified reason, i.e. continued serious offences.

I do believe that has occurred a long time ago. This is something different. You've been advocating my banishment from the WA, and now this website, over not being able to constructively argue with my claims and reasons. This act of not facing my claims is not something I find admirable. If you've got beef with me, take it to the TGs or someplace else. Otherwise, leave it alone. I've already seen one event like this explode in disastrous consequences, and I don't want to see it again.
