New people filing for unemployment every hour this is the moment that we have to take action on a economic level.
I call on the World Assembly to provide economic aid of 17 trillion USD to nations extremely affected by Covid 19 and are nosediving in the stock market. My qualifications for economies that deserve the aid to rebuild and develop their corporations and people are if their economy is categorized as reasonable or lower. Small businesses and the unemployed are the focus of this relief, In stats 60% of this relief will be given to small businesses and the unemployed and 40% would go towards badly hit corporations. Meaning that 6.8 trillion USD would go towards badly hit corporations and 10.2 trillion USD would go to small businesses out of the total amount given to multiple nations. The 17 trillion USD would be divided by the amount of nations that qualify. It is up to the nations to determine what small businesses and badly hit corporations get money given to them but they must have lowered in stocks by 3% or higher to receive money and people who's status is unemployed must be given the same amount of money than any other person in their same condition.
If countries use the money provided for different use than why they have it they would be subject to punishment by the WA and could be taken out of the WA for reasons of illegal use of WA provided money.
