OOC: I don't know that I've ever seen a fluffier, more puppy-dog-eyed resolution title, ever. I wouldn't give up permanently just yet, but it is going to be an uphill slog.

OOC: Clearly a new repeal attempt needs to be named "Preventing Execution of I."
