being that Furrilands national animal is a dragon and that a small adult is at least 72 feet tall, and that their overpopulating even our underground "mole" cities, we preveosely set it up so they are trained to protect our nation, yes they speak. anyways, that wasn't enough so now we need this vote passed in order to 1: get rid of overpopulation. and 2: help benefit other countries.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the sort of proposals that are normally written, and I suggest looking at some examples of passed resolutions to get a better feel for the style of the GA, as well as the rules.
