The first step after submitting a proposal is to campaign, an extended guide to campaigning can be found here. Now of course the easiest way to campaign is by spending 1-2$ and buying stamps which is the quickest and most effortless method, however it's inaccessible to a lot of people unwilling to spend money on a game. Another method of campaigning is by using and API Telegrammer, this method requires no money and is also effortless, but it takes a long time.
This is why I came up with the following method, which is to compile a list of all WA delegates and divide it into groups of 8. The method works by going to the telegrams page and writing your campaign TG in the body, you have to tag it as tag:template then press send, remember to mark it as campaign TG. After you've done that, you copy the code you receive and paste it into the body of the telegram. The next step is to copy the delegate names from the list compiled below and paste them into the recipient bar, you should click send and the telegram will be sent to 8 delegates at once. You will then repeat this process until every delegate is telegrammed, the process should take between 30 minutes and 75 minutes depending on the number of delegates in the game.
The method does have its advantages and disadvantages, its certainly a fast method and is second in speed only to stamps, for example, API telegram campaigns take anywhere between 7 and 12 hours depending on the number of delegates in the game, manual copy-paste campaigns take 3-5 hours, and manual campaigns using tag:template take between 2-3 hours according to my tests and calculations; it takes less effort than other types of manual campaigns. The problem with it is that it takes more effort than API telegramming and stamps which is the disadvantage for users and that it takes effort for me to keep the list updated although you shouldn't worry much about the latter.
