Prevention of Digital Privacy

The World Assembly,
Noting that many companies & people are losing revenue because of Digital Piracy.
Noting that these people & companies own the rights to the material being stolen.
Believing that people who digitally steal media such as movies & television shows should be punished for the revenue they have caused these companies and people to lose
Defines a digital pirate to be someone who illegally shares or downloads digital media without the copyright holders permission.
The World Assembly hereby understands and will comply with the following statements:
(A): Anyone who downloads, uploads, or shares copyrighted media should be charged for their crimes on the same level as criminals who steal physical objects.
(B): Copyright holder(s) of the media stolen will have the ultimate decision if they would like to charge the digital pirate with the crimes suggested in the court or by whatever makes laws.
(C): Member states must put aside some amount of their annual police budget towards this proposal
(D): If not already done, Member states shall make a fair system to handle these claims.
(E): Member states must recognize that everyone has the inherent right to protect their 0wn creative and intellectual property and do with it as they see fit.
