Is the Ambassador even listening? Paragraph G is already covered by previous resolutions.

CONCERNED that without equal oppurnity's the country's youth will have an education but will not be literate and growing poverty
believes in
a)That, specialist school's should be instead of regular schools from secondary level :Specialist schools these schools start at secondary level .This will allow students to drop subjects irrelevant to their chosen career ,for example a student who wants to become a doctor can drop economics .

I would like to point out that by doing this, it's not going to combat illiteracy or poverty. It's likely to cause it. If students can drop 'unnecessary classes' then they're stuck with what they choose. At that young of an age, they may not know what they wish to do in life. That's the point of a broad education. The student gets to see what's out there before making a decision. I have no problem with these specialist schools being offered along with regular secondary schools, but that the government is not required to fund these specialist schools.

The Imperial Republic cannot support this if it remains that it these specialist schools will replace secondary level schools.

note: one language and basic maths are compulsory subjects

This portion of the resolution would be a violation of my country's constitution.
If you see I've made a mistake in my wording or a factual detail, telegram me and I'll fix it. I'll even give you credit for pointing it out, if you'd like.

The fundamentals of this bill are good, however we feel this creates too much government power and generally increases government size far too much.

Now as the Member for James Bluntus, I must Firstly Commend you for tackling an area of reform that is widely believed the WA should not touch. I tried to get an education bill but it did not make it to the submit stage. Secondly I must advise you to use a word processor with spell check. I am not one to pick at spelling mistakes but others will. This small little area is enough to stike down a proposal. trust me I know. There is a lot of Grammatical errors in there as well. Thirdly, I am finding it difficult to figure out why you have put English as a mandatory subject. Many countries have different langauges. If you changed it to "the countries langauge" it should be fine. Forthly, I would like to see something in there about teacher secruity. Other then the point I have mention this is a great proposal and you should be commended for it. If you change the points I have mentioned it should work out. I thankyou for your time.
