We would support a repeal. For the simple reason this is a choice one makes, if they want the hormone therapy is it their choice, but should purely be from their own pockets And they should incur out of pocket expenses if that is the road they are wanting to take.

We much rather ensure cheaper medication and therapies for diseases that one does not choose like cancer treatments which can be quite costly. We need to ensure they are more affordable, ratherthan reducing the cost of having someone who thinks they really are man, woman or panda bear when that is not the case.

Actually the original bill that passsd included non-binary. There are those progressive non-binary folk who extend themselves beyond identifying as a human male or female and into the spectrum of flora and fauna.

General Assembly Resolution #467 “Affordable Transgender Hormone Therapy” (Category: Civil Rights; Strength: Mild) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

"Transgender" is not a real thing that can occur. One cannot choose or change their sexual identity. You are either born with XY chromosomes (male) or XX chromosomes (female). It is that simple and there is no middle ground. A person that claims to be "transgender" or "nonbinary" is simply confused.
