Hmm...no announcement? Maybe we're just early. Official list hasn't been updated yet. I wouldn't have guessed him, but I guess he deserves it having been here for so long and so many posts in the Illegal Proposals thread.

Rather belatedly and redundantly at this point, we would like to congratulate Grays Harbor for joining the Secretariat. Following extensive discussion regarding the nominees the community put forth, it was clear to us that Grays Harbor would make a great addition to the team. His clear understanding of the proposal rules, high activity level, perspicacity, and even keel are what we look for in a candidate for this position.

We want to thank the community at large and participants in this thread in particular for their nominations and discussion of qualified candidates; and once again congratulations to Grays Harbor!
