Create and Develop Arts

In efforts to create and develop art, we have to create an IAC (International Arts Center), allowing the artists to contribute to the development and manufacture of artwork. All of IAC requirements will be funded internationally

The World Assembly, hereby:

1. Form and develop IAC

2. Let the artists create the arts with provisions imposed internationally

3. At least, schools have an art class

4. Students and college students at least have arts experience

Proposals need to actually do something. Laying out a list of goals is not sufficient, particularly when these stated goals are so broad. You would do better picking one and expanding on it. You also need a category and strength/area of effect.

I would recommend a thorough reading of the rules and guidelines, as well as reading the passed resolutions to see how one is written.
