New Trade Deal Act

General Assembly; before I submit this I ask for some feedback to it.
This New Trade Deal Act will allow nations or regions to transport goods, food, cleaned water, medical supplies to those in need. This act won't allow guns or ammo to be transported to other countries unless it necessarily needs to hopefully not. This New Trade Deal will be open for the world but not for enemy nations or regions that threaten democracy or world peace.

General Assembly: Before I submit this proposal I ask for some feedback.

This New Trade Deal act will allow transports of goods, foods, cleaned water, clothing, and medical supplies. This act is not associated with enemy nations or regions that threaten democracy or world peace. This act does not allow guns or other military supplies to be transported through trade.

What folks are telling you, and what moderation has suggested to you at least twice is to post the text of your proposal here, in the forums so that folks can give you feedback and help you fine-tune it before you submit it to the WA. Given that the General Assembly also has one of the most challenging learning curves on the site, it's also recommended that you spend time reading other folks' proposal drafts and reading over useful thread for WA beginners.

A general summary of your proposal is useless for feedback, and useless for helping the GenSec decide if the proposal is legal or not. They, and we, need the full text of the proposal in question if you want any useful feedback on it.

To start with, some resolutions which are already in place which cover all or part of what you have indicated you want done, or you may conflict with them.

Humanitarian Aid Coordination
Food Welfare Act
Epidemic Response Act
World Assembly Trade Rights
On Multilateral Trade Talks

Read through the passed resolutions first, always, before drafting.

I have two recommendations;
1. Withdraw your proposal. As is you don't have a lot to work with.

2. Post a draft of your proposal here in the opening post of this thread. Posting it here allows other members to offer their suggestions for edits or complete revisions.

Something to keep in mind, this may take you a while. Not a matter of hours or days, but weeks and possibly months. The upshot to playing the long game is that the more edits you make, and the more your compromise with other members of the Assembly, the better your chances of success.

Still illegal. Submitting repeatedly is not drafting. Stop it. Seriously.

It is not even an actual proposal right now. What you have is the text from a poster.

As has been recommended to you repeatedly, read and comprehend the rules & guidelines, read the passed resolutions to see how they are written, and participate in the drafting process before you keep submitting illegal proposals.

OOC: Welcome to the World Assembly. This proposal has a number of serious issues and cannot be made legal in anything resembling its current state. The main thing is that it's really not structured like a piece of international law at all. You have a very generalized description of what you would like to do, but in order to make law you have to actually put in the details of how you want to do it - what member nations are obliged to do, and what they must not do. Fixing this issue by writing a detailed draft (for some examples of what this should look like, please see the "extant resolutions" link in my signature below, and enter free trade in the search box) will go a long way toward solving the numerous secondary issues.

Good luck.
