Ideas for General Assembly Proposals

the Socialist States of Vlaskoff have a proposal... dissolve the World Assembly. The World Assembly stands for NOTHING all ignorant nations of the world believe in their lies! A lie will remain a lie! The World Assembly will claim they are just protecting nations' freedom. But we all know the truth! It is run by capitalist who wish for statist quo, nationalist who wish for statist quo, and even the communist also wish for statist quo in the assembly! I look through there the past Acts that the World Assembly passed, and I clearly see now! They are nothing but liars, murders, and WHORES to their ideologies. If you think I am lying or ignorant, then continue living in your lie. If you wish to listen, then listen! If the communist truly wanted to complete their world revolution, why not overthrow the assembly and proclaim global socialism! If the nationalist wants true independences and self-determinization then why do they support a globalist government! If the capitalist truly wants capitalist world, then why do they support a government that actively restricts them. If you truly want to be free from this hell, then listen to me warnings and destroy the assembly from within. The statist quo will solve nothing!

Hello World Assembly Forum, i'm new to commenting on here so i'm unsure if this is the right place to post this: there seem to be a lot of repeal votes recently, often criticising the target resolution for not being ambitious enough, are there any mechanisms to present a more ambitious or amended version of the resolution that automatically repeals the flawed one upon passing?

Unfortunately, no - a few years back admin proposed adding such a thing, but it was never actually implemented. So, instead, we just have to submit the repeal and then submit improved versions of the legislation upon passage.

The above link will take you to GAR#186 "Medical Provisions In Blockade". The repeal attempt could be based on Clause 2, which states:

PROHIBITS the blocking of any transport that is conveying medical supplies and/or professional medical personnel; however, any transport that is attempting to convey any product besides the aforementioned is not covered under the provisions of this resolution.

Under this article, any ship that carries a doctor or some form of medical supplies is to be exempted from a blockade, creating a loophole. Further arguments could be formed from this clause and the other clauses of the resolution.

Presumably the proposal wouldn’t apply to nations not containing such areas, similar to how maritime law doesn’t affect landlocked countries, or how Ireland doesn’t need to plan for volcanic eruptions.

I can see some overlap with my proposal already, with its encouragement to handle natural fragmentation. Seems without those paths that fragmentation could occur, or artificial if they cause is, well, artificial, so a proposal protecting them...

Basically, just already seems like overlap.

Likely formatting. Regulating what people wear would be more of a joke proposal idea than anything. The idea itself might be able to hold legality, but once it would be written I could doubt it would.
