OOC: Fairly sure IA's forum siggy has a link to the API use guide. Though the process for getting the key to use that may take too long for this submission. Still, sending 500 is the suggested minimum, unless targeted carefully. But good luck anyway, let's hope people don't have weekend plans for Sunday.

600 is not nearly enough. Every delegate needs to get a telegram within 24 hours of submission for there to be a chance.

I've managed it by TGing just 300-400 delegates in the past, on more than one occasion: You just need to select ones whom you have reason to think (from personal contacts, their previous votes, their regions' tags, or whatever) would be in favour.

Wait! Marxist Germany didn't say 600 delegates, anyway, they said 600 TGs... and as you can include up to 8 addresses per TG that could be as many as 4'800 delegates -- which is a fairly large proportion of the total -- anyway...
