If it's a WA peacekeeping force, it will be in violation of GAR#2 regardless of whether it's optional or not, though.

Edit: as for regulating nations to have a military, I don't know whether that would violate anything or not. I don't know all resolutions off the top of my head I'm afraid.

OOC: It is vanishingly unlikely that any WA peacekeeping force will be legal. Experienced authors with talent routinely fail. I do not expect this attempt to go well, and advise strongly against it.

OOC: If I were you, I'd ask the moderators to lock the thread, and move on to something new. Once thing you need to learn is to accept defeat(I've accepted defeat multiple times. It's hard to pass resolutions when you're a right-leaning religious nation.) Also, don't try to please everyone. People like Araraukar and Separatists People's disagree with me on almost all of my proposals. Do I listen to every demand they make? No, because if I did, I would have to drop almost all of my proposals. I take their advice, but don't necessarily agree to their changes. That's not bad: Its just diplomacy. However, if all comments are bashing, you should probably drop the proposal. Repealing GAR #2 will receive condemnation from all sides.
