(Draft) ban on unnecessary wild life hunting and poaching

Acknowledging wild life's right to live unharmed by unneceessary hunting and poaching, wild life mentioned here includes wild animals which are hunted just for sport and for paching and using parts of their bodies for non essential needs such as jewelry.

Pushing towards a united policy in the WA that protects the mentioned wild life in all ways possible.

The World Assembly hereby:

1- Bans poached items trading and transportation of wild life trophies.

2- Criminlizes unnecessary wild life hunting and poaching.

3-encourages nations to develop national programs for protecting mentioned wild life using education and spreading awareness about the issue and using force when neccessary.

This is probably illegal because its a duplication of an existing resolution

As poaching is illegal in the APH and carries a lengthy prison sentence. As to hunting, there are seasons when people are allowed to hunt different animals and bag limits which prevents animal from being overhunted. I don't see why this is needed as it should left to the individual countries on the issue of hunting.
