This in-the-works plan is intended to protect police officers from punishment cases of accidental killings. What do you think the plan should state(please nothing to controversial, as the nation of Hatzisland wishes universal support for this plan), and is there any precedent involving this plan? What would be allowed and not allowed in a final plan?

'The Nordic Union has laws in place against negligent homicide which apply to all equaly, including police officers. If there is no neglicence involved, no one is accountable. Would this proposal change that?'

OOC: If you post a draft for this idea, it'll likely get merged with this thread anyway, so you might as well post it on this thread. Put it in the first post and change thread title accordingly.

However, I fail to see how "police avoiding punishment in case they accidentally kill someone" is in any way or form an international issue. Or why police should avoid punishment for accidental manslaughter, if it's a punishable offence. The law doesn't play favourites.
