The World Assembly,
Noting that Rules of Surrender does not contain a provision for ignoring offers of surrender from members of armed forces of a nation - especially a non-member nation - whose soldiers are known for using surrender as a deplorable tactic to win combat,
that the resolution does not protect continuation of hostilities against people under a symbol of truce when there is clear evidence that they are under orders to feign surrender(e.g. due to intelligence operations),
Concludes that the resolution is abusable by bad-faith nations to an extent that endangers the success of member nations during wartime, and thus repeals General Assembly Resolution 306.
