Although I concur with many others in the thread, I shall add my assessment of this proposal.

First post and also my first GA proposal. Please don't spare any mercy.

Okay then.

A resolution to enact uniform standards that protect workers, consumers, and the general public.

RECOGNIZING the contributions majority populations make in their respective Member States

Individuals make contributions, not populations. That possibly more people from a majority group contribute, is simple statistics (not to mention the disadvantages which minorities have to face IRL)

CONCERNED of the silencing and oppression of ethnic majorities in Member States by the government or ethnic minorities

Not something that is happening. If that is the case in your nation, that is a problem that is best addressed internally. Also, oppression of any group is illegal under extant WA law, so your nation would be in non-compliance.

BELIEVING a nation's majority population should be protected at all costs to protect national sovereignty

What do these two concepts have to do with each other? Also, protected against whom or what?

ALSO BELIEVING overturning a nation's majority population through means of mass immigration or by outbreeding by minority populations is a violation of the rights of the majority population and their sovereignty

The majority does not have the right to stay the majority. IRL, there are many cases in which the majority today used to be a minority itself.

DENOUNCING persecution of the majority population and their religion by minorities or government of a nation

If that happens, yes, it is to denounce. Does it happen? No. If it happens in your nation, address the issue domestically to no longer be in non-compliance with WA law.

Defines having a majority population as a(n) race or ethnic group that composes of more than 75% of a nation's population

Defines having a minority population as a(n) race or ethnic group that composes of less than 25% of a nation's population

What useless definitons.

Encourages Member States with at least two ethnic populations within their borders must adhere to the laws composed in this proposal

Since there are no laws laid out in the proposal, moot point.

Grants special recognition to majority populations in Member States

In what form that is non-discriminatory?

Promises national and racial sovereignty to the majority population in all Member States

Why should just part of a nation have national sovereignty? That does not make sense at all. What even is 'racial sovereignty'?

Commends majority populations in Member States for their historical, economical, and cultural contributions to their respective nations.

Again, individuals contribute, not populations.

Overall, a racist, highly illegal, and alltogether useless proposal. The WA should not have to bother with such things.

Extremely illegal. The Elyreians welcome cultural learning from all immigrants, and also welcome those immigrants taking the Oaths of Citizenship should they complete the prerequisites.

After all, our motto is "Elyreia ēlī se va moriot", or in English, "Elyreia first and always". Anyone who becomes Elyreian is Elyreian - we believe in a more pure form of nationalism that is secular, in that we do not care your religion, ethnicity, culture, or species; so long as you become Elyreian, you are deserving of being treated as any other Elyreian.

And as such, we will vehemently oppose your current proposal.
