Considering GA #418 protects the right to use nuclear weapons when they are attacked, with no regulation how to use those weapons and when use in self-defense is appropriate, Enjuku will wholeheartedly support this repeal.

Nuclear weapons are a blight upon our international community. However, GA #10 provides for reasonable, basic protections on mere possession of nuclear devices. We do not need resolutions that provide protection for use of these devices in any and all conceived circumstance deemed an "attack". Hopefully this body will follow up this repeal with clarifying resolutions that regulate nuclear weapons use effectively. With that goal in mind, we commend Wallenburg for bringing this repeal to the Assembly floor and will vote in favor.
