Proposal: No more discrimination.

Discrimination is a big flaw in modern day society. Whether it be by race, gender, religion, or Creed, there is only one way to stop this. Making it illegal to discriminate against others.

That's a well enough idea for a proposal. It looks like you'll have some drafting to do in order to actualise it.

OOC: Proposals need to be written as laws. This also doesn't seem to "do" anything; it says that making it illegal is the solution, but it doesn't say that it actually does it.
