I supreme swiss leader/founder of CENTRAL EUROPEAN SUPREME REPUBLIC proposes that the WA creates the united Regional Aero-Space Administration or URASA. The URASA will allow each region to create a RASA (Regional Aero-space Administration) and then URASA will unite them all. More details will be released soon in Proposal II, but for now will set up a poll so you can vote on this.

"Welcome to the World Assembly!"

You see a bespectacled person comes to you and hands you a welcome gift basket.

OOC: PRoposals are written in proposal format so feel free to look at the Passed General Assembly Resolutionspassed in the stickied topic at the top of the GA forum that Imperium Anglorum posted. Mind you that the general assembly is difficult to get a feel for, as they are many rules, resolutions already passed, drafting required, and also campaigning required.

OOC: Any such attempt would violate International Aero-Space Administration, which explicitly prevents the WA from any direct authority over national space programs.

OOC: Also, organizing any international body by game region (really, mentioning regions at all) violates the Metagaming rule - see rules link in my signature below.

Office of the Minister for Foreign Affairs

Office of the Commissioner for the National Aviation and Space Commission

The Office of Foreign Affairs and the Office for the Commissioner of the NASC states that, this proposal violates, as mentioned before, International Aero-Space Administration, which yes, does specifically prevent the World Assembly from having direct authority over a national space program, which the URASA would do. Asurgania states that you should immediately cancel this proposal, as it violates already existing legislation, and is nevertheless, against the IASA legislation.

Signed,

Office for the Minister of Foreign Affairs
Office for the Commissioner of the NASC

OOC: puppet votes really don’t count for much around here.
