Precedent actually says that acronyms which "coincidentally", as long as they aren't also the names of NS nations/regions/organisations.

Does that extend to proposal titles? The ones you mentioned don't use it in the proposal title.

OOc
There's no precedent for it that I can recall, but then there's not exactly a lot pf precedent for using acronyms as titles anyway. GenSec might need to discuss this point.

That's anti-music language! I am offended! /s

More seriously, that video simplifies a lot of things and cherrypicks information on musical concepts, technical compromises, and the nature of art. It's a good video, but the argument has holes.
While she had no regrets about throwing the lever to douse her husband's mistress in molten gold, Blanche did feel a pang of conscience for the innocent bystanders whose proximity had caused them to suffer gilt by association.

Seretis, quiet strangely lacking the other members of the Imperial Delegation, steps forward, and proceeds to very nearly drop his stack of various drafts and resolutions.

Columbia-Dixie wrote:Creates the Committee for Helping Orchestras Philharmonics Internationally, also to be known as the C.H.O.P.IN. organization, and tasks it with:
A) presiding over the encouragement of musicians internationally and the creation of events to bring musical groups of member nations together to further international relationships.
B) recognizing international musicians and their contributions to the arts in their nation and internationally,
C) aiding the establishment and preservation of musical groups internationally through means including but not limited to assistance in the acquisition of support for groups through campaign and the training of professional musicians to create and/or reinforce musical groups,
D) organizing events such as concerts to bring together the music talents of member states in a way to further the musical arts and international relationships.

"The Imperium considers these matters so trivial as to be beneath the purview of the World Assembly. There are rather more pressing international concerns than the two-thousand-year nonexistence of the Sacred Star Orchestral Army. And, quite frankly, we have enough recordings of The Sunset March for several lifetimes as it is."

Columbia-Dixie wrote: A)voluntary donations from member nations and private individuals from member nations

"Simply utilize the General Fund, Ambassador, it reduces the paperwork.

Ultimately, however, the Imperium sees little reason to support this Legislation. It is, however, sufficiently irrelevant to have failed to interest the Military Overseer enough to pass a formal rejection of it; in other words, support is withheld for the time being, for later assessment."

So, I’m going to take a break. If anyone wants to run with this idea feel free to. Consider this abandoned.

OOC: I suggest changing "Draft" in the topic name to "Abandoned". You can change it by editing the title of the first post.
