I'm fairly sure that I remember a Mod saying, on a previous occasion [pre-Gensec] when this situation arose, that they would have to handle it. Maybe it's been automated since then, more likely (I think, because the rarity of such events would probably make it a low priority for the Admins) it hasn't.

This again? Didn't it just get tossed a couple weeks ago?

On a side note, this iteration is definitely a marked improvement over the last one. Tentatively for

It was passed by a massive margin but discarded for honest mistake rule, the language was tweaked to avoid that.

It got pulled for honest mistake violations, the current proposal still has honest mistake violations(every argument is dependent on nations not complying with the resolution, an issue which is not an issue with this particular resolution[wa resolutions can't force compliance]), but this being the third time he's had a go at it, it looks like gensec doesn't care to do anything.

If you are going to challenge this one's legality so much and protest GenSec not addressing it, perhaps you should issue a challenge? GenSec is under no obligation to go dragon-hunting.

Another Coup de Tat from the international Body that seeks to control regional and national affairs with it's outreaching arms. Voting against this outrageous motion is my last act as a part of this increasingly socialist controlling Assembly.

OOC
The GA has nothing to do with regional affairs. In fact, as the rules are currently interpreted, GA resolutions can't even mention regions.

Repeal "On Universal Jurisdiction" was passed 14,849 votes to 2,065.

Apparently third time is the charm.
