insted of just leaving them there help them to becoming something. like help them with money and stuff until they get a job! :)

This is regarding the American state, but why dont we stop spending billions on the military and making our politicians, who don't do jack, and ruin our country, millionares? Stop spending money where it is unneeded and wasted, and instead put it into education and reforming the welfare system to make it actually work and be efficient?
