End the World Assembly

We should make a move to end the World Assembly. They unjustly punish and wrongfully accuse nations. They were threatening to end my nation because they thought I had multiple in the World Assembly. The World Assembly is a crutch to everyone and should be removed so that each nation can grow and strengthen by itself.
