OOC: Eh...I'm honestly surprised with how many resolutions I've seen abandoned and not officially classified as such. Resolutions that could've been great, just thrown into the abandoned pit, never to be heard from again. I think the WA should be allowed to takeover dead resolutions of a certain age and revive them as seen fit.

OOC: Far be it from me to suggest that a proposal drafted by a member of GenSec might be illegal, but as amusing as this is (Make Legislation Funny Again!), I feel as if this might be a Real World Reference (for referencing the real month of October) and Meta-Gaming (breaking the fourth wall by referencing when the target was passed IRL). I dearly hope that this isn't illegal, but I'm not sure if this would survive a legality challenge.
