Honestly, I'm surprised there's not more support for this repeal from the anti-death penalty bloc. Parts (b) and (c) of the repeal relate to issues of substantive equality with respect to member states and convicts.

This is unconscionable and those responsible for this underhanded and despicable attempt to subvert democracy at the international and interregional level should be subjected to a condemnation/liberation. We urge the author to submit this repeal a second time, a third time, a fourth time and for as many times as it takes for it to finally be put to a vote, and we will only cease if the repeal proposal is ultimately voted down by the members of the WA.
