The General Assembly,
Believes that some roads in poor countries are in dire state of repair and are not fit for traveling,
Believes that something ought to be done,
Hereby,
Mandates that any roads, freeways, highways, or other routes used for traveling vehicles or other forms of transportation be examined for the state of condition that they are in,
Requires that any of the forms of routes that are in terrible condition unfit for travelling forms of transportation in a WA member nation be changed to be ideal for forms of transportation by the WA member nation,
If any forms of routes are unable to be altered to be ideal for forms of transportation, then there should be warning signs visible to people that the route is unsafe or unfit for travel,
If a poor country is unable to have the funds required to repair roads, freeways, or other types of routes, then the country can apply for funds from the international routes safety commission if it is in the compelling safety hazard,
Creates a international routes safety commission to oversee this.
