If it is as good as the formatting of this post, then I won't hold my breath. And I think that clapping emoji is likely premature. Now, let's see here:

OOC: This is actually what China did to the Dalai Lama/Pachem Lama line. The Dalai Lama selects the former and the latter will recognize the former. China killed the Pacham Lama the current Dalai Lama named and declared a new one that they have political control over. This was done because the Dalai Lama is critical of China's government.

Okay, I've been watching all through the suggestions, revisions, and otherwise and have for the most part not said a thing. I don't particular care for religion myself, but I've got nothing against it to the point where I think it'd be a good idea for the state to control it. That said, given this latest revision, I only have one question for you.

I'm pretty sure their goal is to be named "most horrible NS nation". That won't happen unless they figure out the difference between IC horrible and OOC horrible. Pretty much everything they've ever posted has been "let's try to be as offensive as possible" trolling. If they keep posting OOC nastiness (and they're nowhere near the worst we've seen), they'll just get deleted sooner.

After over a dozen pages of discussion, every other draft that reaches that point has shown at least some improvement. This hasn't. If anything it has actually been made much worse. The author clearly has no intent to create a decent proposal, the thread has become a platform for the author to spit vitriol at his detractors, nothing more.
